I ordered the Cuban sandwich and the shrimp tacos. I wasn’t that hungry but wanted to taste both. The sandwich was big enough to share with my 2 daughters and my son finished off the tacos and was satisfied with the portion as well as the flavor. I had planned to take just a few bites of the sandwich, but it turned into a 1/4 of the sandwich. I hung out around the truck for a little while trying to decide where I was going to explore downtown Denver. I noticed that I wasn’t the only satisfied customer. I plan on going back every time I’m come to Denver.

I grabs the steak 🥩 fries from here last night. They was good, but my stomach wasn't, something wasn't good on the plate. It could have possibly been the sour cream because it was room temperaturez or it could be old oil from the fries. You also don't get alot of friends and the lady is rude. I paid $20 for a upset stomach and dookey bootyhole. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Stopped by our apartment complex a couple times now and both times were amazing. The steak nachos are absolutely amazing. Im sure everything on their menu is. Will definitely stop by anytime they come here.

I specifically asked for nothing else on my steak fries except for cheese and the steak instead they gave me guacamole and sour cream everywhere I’m allergic to avocados so the food I had payed I wasn’t even able to eat. I also payed for two sodas and only recurved one which was the wrong soda to begin with. This place really needs to learn how to accommodate customers and their special requests.

Buenísimo! I hired El Cubanaso food truck for a neighborhood block party event I was hosting on Saturday, October 2nd. Leino was great to work with, showed up right on time, and everyone loved the food. Great menu options, big portions, and all the food was fresh and delicious and came out quick. Awesome food truck, I’d highly recommend El Cubanaso and look forward to having them serve up some delicious food at our next event. Gracias Leino!
