One of the best decisions we made for a combined graduation party - tons of compliments on the food, friendly and quick staff in the truck, and excellent communication leading up to the event. Showed up on time, ready to roll at serving time, and chatted through the event to ensure we were on track for our budgeted amount of food. Highly recommend!

I was really looking forward to trying for the first time. The noodles were "soupy", as if they hadn't been drained. And whatever cheese was used was not creamy AT ALL -- it was just one big lump. ☹️ The flavor wasn't bad but the texture totally turned me off 🤢

These guys stopped by our apartment complex today. Good mac and cheese. I went with the “classic”. The mozzarella sticks were good too.

We happened upon this food truck thanks to their service in our neighborhood. The taste, quality, and portion size of their specialty mac n cheese was DELICIOUS! Totally worth it. It just so happens that while visiting Mac 'N Noodles, Bailey encountered difficulty with the truck. While juggling orders and fresh cooking, he quickly handled it as a professional though, acting with kindness and efficiency. We'll keep an eye out for this business and encourage others to enjoy a pickle in their mac! Mmmm
