Sadly the truck was hired to provide the food for my niece’s wedding. Dinner was to begin at 5:30. We ate at 8:30 because the grill they brought was not working.The wedding was on n the mountains so nothings ng to do but try to find another grill which they did. However Bout 1/3 of guests had left by then. They were also supposed to provide appetizers for the cocktail hour from 4:30-5:30. There. We’re no appetizers which meant guests were drinking at high altitude with no food. The truck was also to provide churros and ice cream in lieu of wedding cake. That was never provided. My heart broke for my niece and her husband as they had reserved and done a tasting almost a year in advance. All their careful planning was for naught because the Denver Taco Truvk people failed to make sure everything was in working order before the event. The only compensation they offered was a small fraction of the $$ that was paid. I would not trust this group to provide anything for someone having such a special occasion!

They’re really nice and the food is wonderful. I got the el pastor burrito and my friends got asada tacos. Everyone enjoyed and said it was a good amount of food for the price. Hope to see y’all again. Thanks!
