We hired Cirque to do a tasting menu dinner party in our home and it was PERFECT. The food, the service, the vibe they created, the stories they told about each course... we all agreed it was a highlight of our life having such a special and personal meal in our home. If you're looking for a unique dinner party idea - I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Brandon and team!!!
Seasonal menu but good lord the food was honestly some the best I have had in Denver. Had the pork chop sandwich and the tater tots (don’t be fooled it’s not standard tater tots) which are basically deep fried mash potato balls that are super deep in flavor and every bite is a joy. Highly recommend this place if it is by you. It was at Resolute Brewery in Arvada when I went.
Brandon created a 4 course menu for a friend's birthday in her backyard, & it was to die for 👏🏻 every course was STUNNING, intensely creative, & beyond delicious. would 1000% hire Cirque for any & all private dining - so so so worth it!
Found this food truck at green mountain brewery. It was absolutely fire emoji. The owner was nice and told me about how he made the cucumber salad, bc it was remarkable. Great sauces.
Boy was this a good spot to visit. The Short Rib Philly was really large and delicious. Definitely a messy eat and the fries were plentiful. I'd definitely come back but the prices are slightly high.
